FR-2893A适用于不干胶、 纸张类材料的分切复卷。

设备配备液压辅助上料无轴放卷功能、自动排刀功能、成品辅助推料功能、对纸管一字辅助标线器、电动打包架等特色功能。

成品辅助推料：配备电机驱动丝杆装置，将成品从收卷轴上推至下料臂上，降低操作人员的工作强度。

电工打包架：配备旋转式分体打包架，提高材料打包及卸料效率。

一字辅助标线器：有效辅助收卷轴管芯定位，快速准确的排放收卷管芯。

自动排刀功能：只需在操作系统内输入所需分切产品的宽幅，设备将自动排布分切上下圆刀，提高效率的同时极大程度减少了人工操作的误差及风险。

1.主机系统采用三马达联动控制，速度快、 张力稳定、外形美观。

2.收放卷均配备张力检测器装置，可编程式PLC全自动恒张力控制。

3.主传动采用胶辊压合式传动，防止材料与辊轮打滑，使整机张力更加稳定。

4.收卷系统可作气胀轴与滑差轴的快速互换。

5.收卷处配备夹料装置，下料时夹料装置将分切后的材料固定，使分切后的材料与分条刀具处的张力、收卷位置保持不变。

6.整机过导辊轮均采用硬阳处理，分切前硬阳处理，分切后防粘处理，旋转灵活且耐磨损

7.走料方式采用上走料，方便客户在机器内部进行接料等操作。

8.配备成品快速卸料装置，降低操作人员的工作强度。

9.刀具系统可任意选配气压圆刀、上下圆刀、工业平刀，以期满足多种材料分切复卷的工艺要求。

10放卷系统配备EPC自动纠偏装置，来料边缘不齐的可自动导正，减少边料的浪费．

Rewind Core light detection to position rewind core quickly

1.The motor unit adopts three-motor connective control with high speed, stable tension and nice looking products.

2.Machine is equipped with tension detecting device with PLC auto constant tension control system.

3.Main driving uses rubber roller pressing type to avoid asynchronous problem between material and press roller. And unwind& rewind tension is separated to make whole tension more stable.

4.Rewind unit can exchange between pneumatic shaft and differential shaft

5.Rewind unit is equipped with light detection ( optional) to position core quickly

6.Clamping material device before rewinding is installed to clampand fix material after cutting finished rolls
